"Property was in perfect location for our stay. The stairs were steep, so lugging our bags was cumbersome, but that is no reflection of the host. We had inquired about an early check in, but received no response from the host on that. The unit was cute and very functional. Renovating that space into a...

"Amazing home with lovely art show casing the brick walls. Highly recommend this gem"

"Stayed here a total of 10 nights (2 reservations) while our daughter was at Hannibal Regional Hospital recovering from complications of a surgery. We rented the upstairs unit first, (Parlor on Paris) also 2 reservations, but switched to Huck's Hideaway when we realized we would be in town several weeks. Since we were taking shifts & staying with her around the clock, it was the perfect place to relax, refuel & rest. Kitchen was very functional with a great gas stove & full size appliances....

"Perfect location for our quick getaway. Short drive to downtown Hannibal. Comfortable accomodations. Well furnished. Would stay again if visiting Hannibal. "

"The space was great for my family. It was clean, comfortable and Shelby was a great host. We will surely be back!"

"Had a great time in Hannibal."

"The cottage was in a quiet location, clean, and with easy access to both Quincy, IL and Hannibal, MO. The property owner was available and easy to contact."

"Older, but very clean and nice. "

"We loved this property. The kids loved playing in the garage with the Shuffle Board and connect 4. We played bocce ball outside and enjoyed fishing at the small pond. Very clean house and loved the style of the house—even better in person! Kitchen was well supplied. Thanks so much!"

"Clean and comfortable. Host was friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time during our visit in Quincy and would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place to stay. We would stay here again."

"My family and I had a great time very spacious would rent again"

It was a grand and spacious old house that they are working hard to fully restore to its prior family-warm grandeur. It was neat to literally walk back through differing eras. If you love touching and tactilely experiencing history, this is definitely the place to experience it all...
