"It’s not worth the price we paid, we booked for 11 person but the bed can only accommodate 10 person that my son end up sleeping on the floor , upstrair toilet floor is leaking down to the kitchen, we emailed the host on the first day but no reply til we check out, So we have to share the the down floor toilet, the hot tub is dirty that we end up cleaning for us to be able to use, dusty and loads of cubweds in one of the bedroom downstairs."

"Loved staying on the Railway, and a bonus is being able to catch a steam train from your doorstep! Everything we needed was in the acomodation but some things looked and felt a bit tired. Beds and sofa comfotable and it had a great shower. "

"Lovely place for a stay but ruined by blatant dishonesty. Owners advertise on multiple platforms that there is an indoor pool - they even have pics, but the "pool" is apparently at an indoor leisure club 4 miles away. Absolute jokers. Even when i contacted the club- i still had to pay for going swimming. Such a disappointing stay and ive lodged refund request from hotels.com"

"Enjoyed our stay in Tarvin! The cottage was quaint and comfortable. The amenities were perfect for a weeks stay. It was winter so no garden in bloom but it was lovely, well maintained and I enjoyed some bird watching. "

"We booked this property for a family of 12 as it was close to a family wedding at Chester zoo. The property offers everything, it's spacious, clean and even has a games room to keep the kids entertained. The rooms were good sizes with bathrooms of each of the 3 floors. We also visited blue planet aquarium and Cheshire oaks which were only 20 minutes drive and tried out the local pubs which were good and had an Indian at indivala which was amazing. I highly recommend staying at this property."

"The location of the property was within walking distance to the city’s attractions. The apartment provided everything we needed. However, some things in the apartment could need updating and some TLC. Eg The windows wouldn’t stay open or were hard to close and needed repainting, knob off the drawer, mould in the shower and the grout needed a good clean. I don’t know how it can be called a Luxury Apartment? I would change it to Modern apartment at best. "
