"The cabin was smaller than what the pictures depicted. However everything was very clean and well designed. It was a wonderful experience . Any stores or restaurants are a 20 min. Drive from this property , so come with some food to prepare! Cell service is spotty to non existent, but you can join their wi fi network to get texts, FaceTime or emails out."

"It was very convenient to the event at Bethel woods. Other reviews mentioned a free shuttle to events. The shuttle is not free. The room was comfortable but had no view. Only one chair. The family that runs the house is very receptive"

"The 'Blue Room' where we stayed was beautiful and comfortable. The home-fresh dessert on our arrival was a wonderful treat after a long drive, and the home-made breakfast the next morning was delicious! Mary was also very helpful in advising us about local options for dinner that night, and sights to check the next day. The spotless home was well-furnished, and the yard beautifully manicured front and back. Would absolutely stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone!"

"We had a group of 17 and there was always something fun to do. We really enjoyed the boating and wildlife but you can't swim in the lake."
Handcrafted Riverfront Cabin on 10 acres

"Host was fast with replies and cabin clean. We absolutely loved the area and the best part was the walking distance to the river. My husband and I take our dogs on a yearly camping trip and this place was by far the best. Private area, quiet, and nearby activities. Our dogs loved the place overall and we are discussing going back next year.Very active wild life, not surprised, but be on alert if you have dogs. We saw a black bear twice less than 50 yards away and some deer."

"Air conditioner worked well. I did not take breakfast from Days Inn due to dietary needs. nice and quiet on the floor. But... bathroom wall by tub not really clean. I cleaned it myself. Carpet in hallway quite musty. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. Thank you. "
