"The property is great, I had a great and safe time staying there, it has all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay for business. The gym is small but has literally all the perfect equipment. However front desk staff might come out as difficult to communicate with, I had 3 separate reservations and was reminded about check out every time including deactivating my keys, despite telling them at check in and them having charged me in full, so just be prepared to continuously explain yourself. Otherwise wonderful stay, definitely recommend the property for long visit in Kolkata."

"Gopal our housekeeping person was excellent and always helped us. Hotel however has many problems such as low toilet flush pressure, low water pressure in shower, even though we were three people in 2 rooms check-in person refused to give us 2 keys for the double occupancy room - that meant we always had to ask for access. Overall is fine for short stay but not the best for long 2 week stay like ours. Staff at breakfast was friendly and helpful so no issues on that"
