"Great location and plenty of support on having a great rapa nui experience. No breakfast, but the cabin has a decent kitchen and there are many markets - one even attached to the property. They even have car rental available. They connected me with a good local guide. Only two improvements would make this place perfect - ceiling fans and either a microwave or toaster oven in the kitchen (there is a toaster!). Thanks so much for making our rapa nui stay great!"

"Since this property is priced towards the lower end of the price spectrum, I was expecting it to be basic and no frills… The Good: - The property is situated close to corner stores (2 minutes), restaurants and souvenir shops (5-10 minutes), and the waterfront (15 minutes), if you don’t mind walking. - The wifi is strong, though a couple of times was hampered by power outages. - The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. "Tatiana goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is great! There is no internet currently and only a communal television and kitchen. Although a no frills accommodation, Cabañas Makupuna makes up for it in quiet, peace, and tranquility. I most definitely would stay here again!!!!! "

"The host was the absolute sweetest. Super accommodating and fast to respond to any inquiry. Great customer service. The property is updated and the beads are great. The water doesn’t get super hot. From our lanai we could see the ocean and the maoi. I didn’t have any problems but our flights were messed up by the airline and I ended up arriving a day early and my companions a day late. Fortunately they were able to accommodate and she had everything ready again when the second wave arrived. "

"Celebrated my 40th birthday in Easter Island and decided to stay in Ohana. The location is a bit far from the town if you want to walk.but you can always ask the hotel to call for a taxi or you can also rent a car directly at the hotel which is a lot cheaper compared to the rental cars in town. The hotel staff are very friendly and attentive with our needs and they even made me a birthday cake which was very nice. The rooms are huge and the AC was working great. Overall I give this hotel a 10/10"

"The hotel staff/service will welcome you when you arrive at the airport, offer you a beautiful garland, and take you to the hotel. The property is located off the center, where you need to rent a car or ATV, which the hotel also offers for a reasonable price. The hotel is clean, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers, welcoming you when you arrive. A free delicious breakfast was offered, and a ride back to the airport was also offered. Overall, it was a memorable and beautiful experience. "

"From the moment you check-in at the hotel, the staff are available to assist with your needs. The restaurant menu offers a variety of very tasty dishes. One should consider booking various tours through the hotel. The operator is very reliable and the tour guides are, at a minimum, bi-lingual (Spanish and English). The hotel is in walking distance of two banks, numerous restaurants and an artisanal gifts centre."
