It's just across the river from Houghton. Old downtown area but with some restaurants and businesses. Hotel has a little parking area, otherwise street parking. Some of parking is covered.

Quincy Mine tour was amazing, random stop on the way to see waterfalls and so gladcwe did.

"Quiet location along the Portage with a nice view and plenty of space for a family of 6 with a dog. Close to parks and charming downtown Hancock. About 15 minutes drive to Michigan Tech. Great access point to all things outdoors in the Keweenaw. Host was quick to respond to any questions. Enjoyed our summer stay and would definitely recommend. "

"This historic home is beautiful, super clean, and has tons of character. Though you stay in the same building as the owners of the home, they are incredibly respectful of your privacy. History nerds will enjoy the wealth of info David & Zach offer, if requested. I grew up in the area and will defintely be back to stay - highly recommend!"
