"This place was a gem. It was spacious, nicely decorated, comfortable, and had all of the amenities one might need. We enjoyed the quiet and beautiful area it was located in. "You could not ask for a better VRBO location in the Birch Harbor area. Home is situated at the intersection of a gas station; great local family restaurants and best ice cream in town - and, just a 15 minute walk (8 min bike ride) to Acadia Park loop. Most important, VRBO Host, Danielle, is super kind, helpful and very likable! As first time visitors in the area, we could not have picked a better, cleaner, easy to get to home. We absolutely will return to this prime spot again - perhaps again,...

"If you are going to Bar Harbor I highly recommend staying here. The location was relaxing and quiet, town is about 10 minutes away. The book of information on the table was fantastic. Everything that we needed was available to make our hiking trip enjoyable. The owners Gayle & Rob are fantastic and very knowledgeable. I am so glad that we skipped the hotel stay and enjoyed their place. "

"Quiet and comfortable apartment for a couple, conveniently located just a few minutes from the main Acadia Visitors Center. Kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals when you aren’t dining in Bar Harbor. We stayed a full week which was long enough to hit the Acadia highlights. Host was very responsive and helpful. We’ll book this VRBO again if we return to Acadia."

"The house was very nice and spacious. Plenty of sleeping space for our 5 adults. The house had tons of cleaning supplies, towels, and paper towels and toilet paper. Only a short drove to Arcadia and plenty of other sites including the water front within walking distance. Overall I would recommend to others especially if you have a larger family."
