A few years back we stayed ar the eastern location, when it was Getaway something, and loved both. Will be looking forward to the next time we glamp here. So peaceful and great family time."

"Our large, 3-generation, family of 22 (ages 4-84) recently stayed at Coyote Ridge Estates for a week. It was an excellent choice as there was plenty of space for everyone to be together or to get some privacy/quiet if needed. The clubhouse appealed to "children" of all ages and both Leah and Randy were so responsive by text to any concerns that arose during our stay. We went with one of Leah's suggestions for catering for 2 different nights and were not disappointed - would definitely use Marilu's Catering again if we are here in the future. Kitchens were well-stocked with some essentials and plenty of dishes and cookware; there were also PLENTY of pool towels available. We ate most meals out back on the spacious patio and enjoyed the nearby Delaware River twice for kayaking trips. Thank you, Leah, for providing a space where we could enjoy precious time together with family!"

"Wonderful house, just as described, with access to a lake that is clean, beautiful, and perfect for swimming, boating, and fishing. The goats across the street are a fun plus. We loved using the boat and kayaks, and brought some of our own floats as well. A nice retreat. "
