Staffs are kind and room is clean and enough space.

Room was clean and spacious and over all an amazing stay!

Room was immaculate, staff was amazing and so helpful. We didn't park so can't speak to that, but the service at the front desk was very smooth and efficient. The breakfast is delicious and very convenient but PRICEY so if you want to do that, make sure you book a package where it is included. We loved being next to Lotte World park, the subway station and mall. Would 100% stay here again.

I recently completed a 2 week stay at the Signiel Hotel. This hotel is a real show stopper and is without a doubt one of the Top Hotels in the World. They helped arrange a car and driver service from/to the airport. From the moment I arrived, i have never had this level of service, attention to detail and anticipation to whatever i needed throughout my stay. Great place to stay.

The hotel is within a block of 2 subway stations and next door to a large mall with restaurants and a theater. It is a 15 minute walk to the Han River and Ttukseom Park. The staff was so helpful with any requests. There is a convenience store downstairs for any last minute needs. The suite was huge with endless storage. The washer dryer was so convenient and easy to use. The only drawback was the air conditioning unit. It plays a chime every time it turns on and off. This woke me up all...

I liked how we were able to do an early check-in at the hotel. It was also very walkable to the convenience stores and malls as well.

The property was located at a convenient location. We enjoyed our stay!

Clean room and helpful staff

location is perfect for person who doesn't like the airport bus stops.. you can take the bus direct to ICN.

The hotel is located in prime location of Gangnam district, but includes little bit of walking from nearby subway station. It also offers free breakfast which was actually eatable and better than what I imagined. The bathroom was little tiny though and reminded me of those airplane restrooms. For one to two day stays, it would be okay considering the budget and everything but anything longer that, I would sugesst somewhere else.

Nice for a short quick affordable stay

Our stay at Hotel in 9 was fantastic! The location couldn’t be more convenient — Starbucks is right next door, and COEX Mall is within easy walking distance. The staff were outstanding, friendly, and spoke English very well, which made everything smooth and comfortable. The rooms were spotless, modern, and just the right size for two people. The check-in staff was unattentive, not very hospitable and didn’t give us much information, just answered our questions. We asked for city view room, but our room was facing a back alley of a building. Other than that, our stay was amazing. Our room was super clean, beds were very comfy, the cleaning ladies and staffs during breakfast were very friendly & attentive. The location was great too. Walking distance to many places.

It was just as lovely as everyone has reported. The front desk, room service, bellmen, etc, were all so very friendly and kind. Every staff person we met went out of their way to help us and offer a first class welcome. They were exceedingly polite, especially with our language barrier. Many of them spoke English fluently. It was just wonderful to be treated so well.
