"The hotel itself is great, as is the immediate area outside. However, the walk from the train station was lined with addicts with no police past the station. In the morning I only saw 2 people smoking cr@ck/mth/fntyl but if you’re coming in the evening you may want to get an Uber or cab for those few blocks."

"Hotel was clean and well presented with good breakfast options available for all taste. Room 640 was adequate however no kettle was available for making tea, this had to be collected from reception if you wanted one. Only negative was seen on floor 6 with a broken light fitting and some of the wallpaper starting to appear to come away. If staying at threat of the hotel please be aware of the noise from the 24 hour garage and electrical services below."

"Lovely Hostel with clean rooms. Very small rooms but clean. The front desk workers very kind and most spoke english well. Very good price for a place to lay your head at night. So many different kinds of people staying there."

"Arrived and travelled in from Hamburg central station, Berlinner Torr is nearest station . At time of review there is an awful lot of road works and rebuilding of the transport hub there. This meant lugging suitcases up and down about 70 steps. However if you go out the hub and further along main road there's a cut through in a park with ramps. Hotel staff friendly and helpful and place was spotless, nice modern contemporary vibe to the place. Breakfast was great with a large buffet selection of hot and cold foods. Enough to get you started in the morning. Could do with tea and coffee making facilities in your room, that's the only negative I could find about this place."

"This was an excellent place to stay for our time in Hamburg. We stayed four nights and everything was within walking distance or a very short metro ride. The kitchen was well stocked to enable us to cook. Everything was meticulous."
