"A neat, clean and cozy cabin tucked away on the front corner of a 50 acre working horse farm. Our Rat Terrier enjoyed the spacious yard and was able to chase a few squirrels just like at home! Hiking/walking is available on the wooded portion of the property and we were able to get a few miles in during our 3 day stay. Vicki and Bob were gracious hosts who respected our privacy. Definitely recommend the complimentary barn tour. "

"The only disappointing item was that the hot tub was not working. But we enjoyed every other detail about the property. We would definitely want to stay her again. The location was convenient but the house was so peaceful you don't need to leave. "

"The good: The property was very nice. The kitchen and seating area were roomy and well equipped. Beds were comfy. The bad: Ground floor does not mean no steps. The entrance is on the basement level, so a flight of stairs is required to get to the room. There is a side door on the ground level that can be used to exit, but it does not have a code device for re-entry. There is basically no parking (only 3 spots) at the facility, so parking is about 3 blocks away in the public lot by Town...

"Very nice home and fully stocked kitchen, which was amazing. We did enjoy the hot tub. It is a bit of a drive to some of the wineries, so you need to plan your day out so that you end up back around the Elkin area. Most of the wineries are really spread out in Yadkin Valley."
