"It was awesome. The only thing that I have to say was the front desk lady when I was trying to explain the pay for parking at the Hampton Convention Center, Embassy suites and I got a text message and she wasn’t understanding what I was talking about but I just let that be because she was probably ready to get off work other than that. It was a great stay until I woke up in the morning and realized that there was like stains on the under cover of my sheet that I didn’t see and realized I’ve been sleeping with it all night so I kind of upset other than that. It was a great experience."

Comfort Suites Airport

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Comfort Suites Newport News while visiting family. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it easy to get back and forth to see our loved ones. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and our room was spacious and well-maintained. It was a great place to come back and relax after long days of visiting. The only thing I noticed was that the elevator inspection certificates posted in both elevators appeared to be several months past due. I’m sure it’s likely just an oversight with updating the posted paperwork, but it would be reassuring for guests to see current inspection information. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily stay here again on future visits."

Hyatt Place Virginia Beach Town Center

"We had a wonderful experience at the Hyatt Place and will definitely return the next time we are in the Norfolk area. For a family of four, it was absolutely perfect. The entire property was wonderful and very clean, smelling fresh from the moment we walked in. Our room on the fifth floor was incredibly quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. We also really appreciated the hotel's focus on safety. The parking lot was spacious, safe, and well-lit, and the elevator requires you to scan your room key before going up, which is a great feature for keeping unregistered guests out. The lobby was impressive as well, featuring clean restrooms and a spacious seating area with plenty of couches, tables, and chairs. Breakfast was delicious, and the eating area was kept impeccably clean. Throughout our stay, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and having plenty of luggage carts available made moving our family's bags incredibly easy. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back."
