2/10 Terrible

"The room was not clean. The sink had hair in it, and there was toothpaste and water spots on the countertops, an empty toilet paper roll on the holder and one on the floor. No basic amenities provided - no pillowcases, towels, toilet paper or toiletries. We left without completing our stay."

10/10 Excellent

"I had an awesome stay. My only complaint was how far the parking spots were from the front entrance and I wish I had more time. But I will definitely stay again and next time I'm bringing my swimming trunks.. The speed of that elevator is scary fast! They have a nice looking bar that has food. Taco Tuesdays I think. I just got in late so I missed some of the good stuff but will definitely plan ahead next time. I'd give it an overall score of 9/10."

"I needed a non-smoking room and got the smoking room. I went the front desk and asked for a change. the gentlemen at the front desk claimed that all rooms were sold. I was running late for a concert so I did not return to the room and headed out to the concert. After the show I stopped by the front desk to see if there were any cancellations. I asked the night agent and explained to him my need for a non-smoking room. He went and checked the room for himself and told me to stay at the front desk. When he came back he said that the room was fine totally disregarding my needs. Very rude. No customer service."

"Located directly across the street from Hampton Coliseum and 2 blocks from the freeway, Embassy Suites Hampton Coliseum is in a great location. The room cost may appear a bit high, but parking is include, an excellent buffet breakfast included, and nightly happy hour also included. The suites are spacious and very comfortable. Embassy Suites is an excellent choice for any stay."

"There was no phone in the room. I know we have cell phones, but in case of an emergency it would've been nice to have a land line. I didn't gave a remote to the tv. I went to the desk and the girl gave me 3 because she didn't know which one controled the tv in my room! The shampoo and conditioner were too small. I have long hair so they we were a joke. The refridgerator was sooo cold it froze my soda and when I opened it it shot all over and I had to clean it up! Other than this my stay was comfortable."
