"The localisation is superb, we are near the beach and the highway to go to Boston for the day. The hôtel is clean, the ice maker is very useful for the beach.
The breakfast has good Staples (milk, yogourt, oatmeal bar, toasts and eggs), but the rest was disappointing (waffles only on the week end, wet sausages, and soggy sandwiches)"
"Clean room, really close to the beach and boardwalk. Its small and old but if you want something clean and close, it will do the job. The checkout was early (9:00)."
"Room was clean enough, needs some touch ups. Sitting chairs have seen better days a needed a good cleaning. Not a fan of carpet in rooms. Would have liked a table to eat at and microwave in the room. No coffee maker in rooms, but coffee/tea was free anytime at the office. There was a small microwave in the office for use as well. No ice machine but bags were available for a $2 donation. Pool seemed clean. Great location within walking distance to everything. Pet friendly for a charge. 3 grills available. Small refrigerator w/freezer in every room. Free wifi(unsecured). Much quieter during the week than weekends. Office staff was nice. Beds were comfortable. A.C. worked great. Large t.v.’s with cable in every room. 2 small outdoor sitting areas/ 1 smoking. I would stay again but probably upgrade to a room with slightly more amenities. 3.25 stars out out 5. Worth the cost for a Sun-Thursday stays but wouldn’t be for Fri/Sat."
