We've stayed many times over the years but the last 3 or 4 times there's been some sort of a problem. It's a decent place but I don't see is booking again after this experience which stinks.

Great get away
"The location was ideal for us. We could leave easily to go out to eat with no traffic backups. We loved being able to see the Fireworks right from the balcony of our room. The weather was very hot and the ac was wonderful to come back to. Room is compact but we had plenty of room for the 2 of us. ..."

The city of Hampton Falls was great. The Hampton Falls Inn was a bad experience. The first night there there were blood stains on the sheets. I told the cleaning person about it and when I went to bed that night the same sheets with the blood stains.
