The inn has immaculate decor & the whole town has such fascinating rich history. The breakfast frittatas were spectacularly flavourful & filling. We simply can't wait to return for much longer!"

"My husband and I are retired and stayed at the Grange House for about 10 days. We enjoyed the spacious, well appointed apartment. The apartment provides a spacious bedroom with plenty of storage for clothes, a large bathroom with shower, a lovely living room with books and games tucked in to the attractive decor and a fully equipped kitchen. The location is great for walking the nearby trails or popping into the little town for groceries, restaurants or Nova Scotia beauty. You can sometimes hear the family living downstairs, and likely vice-versa, but that was never bothersome. Jessica is a wonderful host that responds to any questions quickly and looks after anything you need. She would shovel the stairs we used before heading to work in the morning! "

"Don't be put off by the lack of curb appeal, the apartment attached to the main home is situated at the back and has a spectacular view of the valley. The sunrise was stunning. The unit was spotlessly clean. It looked newly constructed and had a cute cottage vibe. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was suitably equipped, the bathroom had a full laundry attached. Tons of hot water, and filtered drinking water at the sink. The host was very accommodating to a change in date and check in was super easy. It was also very quiet and cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much. "

"We stayed here for a week in the Fall and it was absolutely amazing! The hosts, Shirley/Jack/Cooper are amazing (Don't tell Jack, but Cooper was our favorite) they made sure we had every thing needed to be comfortable and were extremely welcoming. The views from the bedroom are breath taking, especially on a stormy Fall evening. The community of Margaretsville is incredibly picturesque with no shortage of views and history. I highly recommend them for a quiet getaway."

"This was an outstanding apartment inside and out. Inside it was very spacious with high ceilings which was quiet, clean and cozy. The welcome basket was very much appreciated. The view was spectacular across the water and ever changing with the great tides and cloud formations (we also got Fall colors.) We were literally steps from the boardwalk and swim ladder to the beach. The town has exceptional colonial charm with Fort Anne just blocks away. We used it as a base to explore down the coast to Digby and Yarmouth and up into the Annapolis Valley. Host could not have been more helpful!"
