This cottage is the center cottage and has recently been renovated with new high-end kitchen and bath. You'll have access to kayaks, bicycles, ping pong, volleyball, horseshoes and badminton with a 250 foot walking dock with benches for viewing the best sunsets in the world.

Nice and tranquil
The cottage is beautiful. The pool is very nice. It is said on bay where there is a canoe. About a 7 minute drive to Montauk highway which is essential to a lot of things. I really did like my stay there. Everybody was very nice of the owners a very nice.

Brian and Terry were wonderful hosts. The property was clean and comfortable. Sunsets can't be beat. I would definitely stay here again. The location is close to beaches, wineries, some great restaurants, and a grocery store. The pool is very refreshing and great after going to the beach. The only thing is that the pond is not really swimmable.
