Large, historic renovated home with pool and sweeping views. Direct Peconic Bay beach access. THIS IS AN AUG - LABOR DAY listing. $40,000 for that period with flexibility going into September, availability for 14 days or longer periods, and willingness to discuss terms.
Easy drive 85 miles from midtown Manhattan before road turns into single-lane. On the water with beach at the bottom of the home's steps.
House is usually rented through a broker. Happy to show the house and to discuss its details with those interested. It's immaculate and fantastic.
