"My second stay here. Lovely boutique type hotel. Rooms are very clean, with a warm/luxury beach vibe decor. Bed was very comfortable. Restaurant was very good as well. Front desk staff friendly and accommodating. Check in easy. We arrived late and they must have been expecting us as they greeted us by name. Very expensive given it’s in Hampton Bays and not in West ie South Hampton, but it is about 15 mins to either Westhampton or South Hampton so easy enough to enjoy both towns from there. And Hampton Bays itself isn’t a bad area, just doesn’t have a town to walk around in like the others. Would stay again."

"The house was able to comfortably accommodate my large group of family and friends. We all loved the diner for breakfasts and eating together, and the game room was a huge hit! Host was very responsive - had some difficulty locating the garbage area but was able to find it! All the games were on and accessible, and the cable tv was great. The pool is nice and large, though the weather wasn’t that great during my visit (a bit chilly). Loved the pickleball court. Only small downside was cellular reception was difficult and the wifi kicked in and out."
