"The apartment is in a phenomenal location, close to the tube, restaurants, shopping area, bus routes, and various London landmarks. When we first arrived the apartment completely smelled of cigarette smoke, we tried to clean and open windows, but that did not get rid of the smell. We contacted the property manager, their solution was to apologize for the smell, and told us to open a window, which was clearly not a good or acceptable solution. "We enjoyed our stay but had one issue with this property... there was no mention in the listing of the 37 very steep stairs you have to climb with your suitcases which could be very difficult for older guests. We are 71 and 73 but very fit and active so this was not too much of an issue for us. Otherwise our stay was enjoyable."

"Annie was very helpful throughout our stay. Apartment was clean and very comfortable. Tube station is only 2 bus stops away or 5 minute walk. Bus stop to Tube station is right outside the apartment. Oyster card can be used for both Tube and London bus. Highly recommend."
