"Property was clean and breakfast was decent. What I didn’t like was that they are remodeling and they started working before 8 AM on a Saturday. They were hammering directly below our room and my wife and I could hear everything clearly and it woke us up."

"We stayed in Willowbrook one bedroom. Apparently Wyndham took over Willowbrook, but there were very little improvements made. We asked for a room on higher floor and were given a room on first floor, closest to lobby… there were like 6 cars in the lot first night, so rooms were available. We also paid for king bed and we were given 2 queen beds. There were bugs in the room coming in from patio door. We reported the bugs and they offered to have someone “clean it up”… they did nothing. "The room was absolutely nothing like the pictures. There was no air conditioning even though the temperature was around 90°F. There was no running water, the shower was dirty, the toilet was broken, and the entire room smelled strongly of mold and mildew. The conditions were unacceptable and the room was horrible. Because of these issues, I had to check out early."
