"The guy at the front desk (July 31/26) was super knowledgeable and helpful us navigate through a tricky situation. We were so grateful! Also, they put out cookies at 6 pm and the breakfast is awesome! We will be back as the location can’t be beat- a few minutes walk to all shops and restaurants and just 10 steps to the promo are & beach!"

"This is a very nice and peaceful location. We had a room with a river view and it included a deck with chairs, and a table. The room was very clean and comfortable not to mention, friendly for our two small dogs too. This isn't the first time we have stayed here, but we love it and will continue to keep coming back."

"The Hi-Tide is a great place to stay close to the Prom at Seaside with easy beach access. Our partial view king room featured a microwave/refrigerator with dishwater, a gas fireplace, and a roll away bed. Staff are so kind! Pool is adequate and breakfast is basic; Knowing this, we feel it is a fair trade for such an easy walk to the beach. Next time, we will get a balcony room so we can see the amazing view and awesome sunsets."
