"We had a really lovely stay. This was my 10-year-old son’s first ever trip to London, so it was a special visit for us, and the staff helped make it even more memorable. From the moment we arrived, everyone was friendly, polite and welcoming, and they made my son feel really welcome too, which was lovely.
Our room was clean, comfortable and well presented, with a great view from the 10th floor. We didn’t eat at the hotel or use the parking facilities, so unfortunately can’t comment on those.
The location was excellent, with the nearest rail station only around a two-minute walk away, making it really easy to get around London.
The only negative was the water pressure in the shower, which was quite poor. With long, thick, curly hair, it made washing and rinsing my hair more difficult than it should have been.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay. The welcoming staff, clean room, lovely view and convenient location all made for a great experience, and it was particularly nice that the staff made my son feel so welcome on his first visit to London. We would happily stay again."
