"Was not impressed with this facility. I was going to cancel the second reservation I had after my first stay, but then had to keep it after I noticed it was non-refundable. I definitely won't be coming back. "There is a separate room for online bookings that is not on standard. Had to put kettle on the ground to reach the plug. No aircon as advertise and they let me pay again for breakfast. the room was a downgrade from the other rooms available and I was informed by reception that they always give that room to guest that booked online and not direct at them."

"Overall we were only there for one night and one day of fantastic pampering. It was very nice. The spa therapist gave me the best massage I have ever had - and I have had a few. The road to the lodge could be better but this is not in the control of the spa owners. A mix up with the booking resulted in us missing our evening meal. Carmen did however provide and impromptu meal which was lovely."
