"We enjoyed our stay at this resort and had no issues except one thing. The plumbing in our shower would not drain properly and we asked the front desk several times to fix it, but they never did. That was our only complaint. The staff, pools, bars, accommodations and food were all very nice. "

"This place is beyond dirty with a bad service and customer service. Also everything is very disorganized because they don’t what they are doing. They would take you towels and never replace them with a clean ones so you have no towels at all. No toilet paper ever. Sheets are super dirty and furniture is super old. The only good thing is the beach with a super expensive restaurant. It should have 2 stars not 3. Stay somewhere else! "

"Staff lovely, room clean however breakfast catastrophe and dining room not clean! Coffee disgusting .....kettles need descaled. Kids juice to drink 😑. Glad I didn't book dinner. Won't be back. "
