"My favorite thing about this place is the brook crossing the property. I spent as much time as I could sitting out there. It was so peaceful. The house itself is very comfortable and clean. I walked in the kitchen barefoot and no dirt or grime stuck to my feet! The kitchen had everything we needed, the coffee supplies were great, they offered very good coffee. I brought my own tea, and was delighted to find a tea pot! We went out to the Lake Cushman area to hike, and although the Staircase area was closed due to the fire, we hiked Lake Lena, and another hike, very beautiful area to explore. We did use the guest pass to Lake Kokanee for one afternoon, very lovely! We had several questions for the host, who promptly replied and was very helpful. In every aspect, this is a wonderful place to stay. We will be back! We highly recommend this house."

"Hotel was under renovations which means they are keeping updated on look and how things work. Staff was great. Breakfast was pretty damn good and there was a nice view from the hotel."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the end of the point cottage. The location and outdoor space are amazing. We watched harbor seals swim right under the deck at high tide. The kayaks to explore the bay were a nice amenity. There are windows across the front of the cottage that overlook the bay. The ceilings are a little low in a few places but both my husband and son who are almost 6ft did fine. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed most of our dinners on the deck watching the water. Though the cottage is small it’s well laid out and we had good space with two adults and two older teens. The property owner was great to work with. The hot water heater went out during our stay and he responded to us quickly and had it replaced the next morning. Thanks for the relaxing stay! "
