Quality Inn Boston - Revere

"The staff does well with an old (by motel standards) facility. Internet is good. Outlets, both 120 and USB are just inadequate. This could be remedied with power strips, rather than expensive rewiring. Short drive over public street and apron to hotel are in tough shape. It appeared that only one of the two elevators was operational. The flooring in the working elevator is torn and chipped, but, on the other hand, the carpet in the common spaces is in very good conditon. Access is tough, only from northbound US 1, very hard to spot in the daytime, let alone the dark. Exiting is equally tough, trying to get onto US 1, easy to find, but hard to do it without causing a crash."

"We were in Boston just for one night before we had to head home. We stayed here as it was close to the airport, we could return our rental car to the airport, and get a free shuttle to the Hampton Inn. The shuttle goes every 15 mins to the airport and will also take you to Wood Island so you can easily get on the metro and experience downtown Boston and the waterfront. They had free coffee for guests. Breakfast is not bad. They had hashbrowns, a turkey sausage meat, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, omelettes, cereal, waffles, and different types of bread / bagels. The breakfast was nice, wouldnt say great but nice. The hotel employees were extremely helpful. Checkin was easy. Fitness center is not bad either. It had dumbbells up to 50lbs, a cable machine, a box to do step ups on, treadmills and other cardio machines, and a pool. They had a place to do laundry as well. The rooms are huge. Beds are king size and were comfortable. They also serve dinner etc there. Would recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in Boston near the airport for a few days."

"We had a nice stay at Sonesta ES Suites in Burlington, MA, while visiting from New Jersey for the weekend! One thing we really appreciated was how accommodating the staff was. We called ahead to ask if an early check-in was possible since we arrived earlier than expected, and they kindly allowed us to check in at 2 PM. That was a huge help and a great start to our stay! When we arrived in our room, we did find a stink bug/beetle that needed to be addressed. We were able to locate a member of the housekeeping staff, who notified maintenance. Maintenance arrived a few minutes later and took care of the issue. We also noticed a few unusual stains in the living room, along with some areas on the walls and in the bathroom that could use additional attention and upkeep. Despite these maintenance concerns, we enjoyed our stay and especially appreciated having a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and stove in the room. Those amenities made our weekend much more convenient and comfortable. Overall, we had a good experience, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff really stood out. We appreciate how willing everyone was to assist us and accommodate our early check-in. With a little more attention to housekeeping and maintenance, this property could offer an even better guest experience. Thank you for making us feel welcome!"
