"Shower/bathroom in general left a lot to be desired. The staff was fantastic."

"The room itself was clean, the AC worked well, and the bed was comfortable. The TV worked without issue. Our main issue was that check in is at 2PM. We arrived after driving for the better part of the day to find that the room would not be ready for another hour. We were there to attend an event and it made us late trying to get everything done. The clientele at this location are not that great, and by that I mean there was loud music, drunks, and a fight. "

"My Expedia reservation was not fully in the local properties system and they did not care to see my Expedia reservation details! Major hassle checking in."

"The property was a little outdated and could use some renovations as far as the bathrooms go. They were actively doing renos during our weekend stay so hopefully that will be for the best!! The staff members were so lovely during every interaction I had with them."

"Hotel was underwhelming at best. Beds had some foreign stain and other than the staff being exceptionally nice, it was not good. Looked nothing like the pics. BUT was relatively quiet."
