Large semicircle driveway with rv parking. Easily park 9 cars for all guests..

"This is a great house with a wonderful pool. It isn't heated so keep that in mind if you travel in cooler months. The house had everything we needed. The wifi worked great, I needed good internet for work and school. There was plenty of room for our large group."

"Always my go to place in Chico. Clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Only downside is the parking is a nightmare in the evening but you can park on the street behind the the hotel overnight and it’s not metered. Everything is close that you need, the school, food, downtown, etc. "
