"Good AC, breakfast good."

"Although not a "fancy" hotel, the comfort and personal touches to the rooms, lobby and cleanliness were outstanding. I felt like i was at home but with the convenience of having a housekeeper. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety of food. Of the 7 hotels i stayed at over a 7 day roadtrip, this one was the standout. "

"The place was great Very clean and quiet Room and very spacious Bed was comfortable. We will definitely be staying there again in the future."

"For the price, the hotel was perfectly fine. Some things to be aware of that were maybe just specific to the room: the fridge was noisy and couldn't be unplugged because the freezer was full of frost so it would have leaked as it melted, and the bathroom ventilation wasn't great. Otherwise the beds were clean, bathroom was clean, excellent bbq restaurant next door was walkable, good location close to highway."

"Everything was really nice and comfortable. If i had to pick one thing, there was a woman putting breakfast out, that said she'd been there for years, on Sunday, September 21, 2025, that was absolutely amazing! Extremely helpful! I asked if the gravy had milk in it, and she walked back in the kitchen, and brought out the bag, and let me look at the ingredients. I watched to continue to help everyone out, without being asked. She was amazingly kind and caring. What a pleasant experience that was. I would stay at the Collinsville, IL Drury Inn again, just to have breakfast with her! Please, please tell her thank you, and let her know she made a difference!"
