"Very clean and staff very friendly"

"Excellent all through . Keep up the good work."

"Thanks"

"Very nice property located in a quiet area yet close to all the services you need. Very clean property, staff, Jerry, was very helpful and welcoming when we checked in. Would definitely recommend"

"Terrible water pressure made it difficult to take a shower. The bathroom felt dirty. The pool water was so filthy you couldn't see the bottom. The staff was helpful, but overall, not a pleasant experience."

"The room was clean with convenient parking. Other guests smoked outside and talked loudly on the phone right outside the door on several occasions which wasn't great."

"The room was spotlessly cleaned each day, got clean towels each day, trash emptied daily. Breakfast was typical with boiled eggs, cereals, oatmeal packages, pastries and fresh made waffles. Hot coffee, hot chocolate and tea are available at all times."

"N/A"

"Great place to stay and we often do when visiting family. Always clean and well maintained."

"Incredibly friendly and helpful staff! Clean rooms and comfortable bed!"

"Room 157 needs some love, faucet in bathroom sink is loose, moved every time I turned it on,handle on tub faucet was loose made it difficult to adjust temperature of water, was glad there was a safety bar next to the tub,but no safety straps in the tub made it a bit slippery, wife had surgery at U of M hospital and didn't feel like she was safe enough to take a shower. The hotel as a whole was decent, staff was helpful food in the restaurant was good, location to the hospital was good as well,...

"This hotel is in need of serious cleaning and upgrades. The bathroom in our room (410) was filthy. There had been something spilled in the corner which seems to have turned moldy and is still there. Lots of mold in the bath tub also. Exhaust fan needs cleaning. The windows let in a lot of road noise and fog up when the A/C is on. The telephone in the room didn’t work. The breakfast was very basic and unimpressive."

"It was a busy weekend when I was there… Team Sports, etc. and the staff worked very hard to balance the needs of their clients and maintain good cheer."

"Very nice place. Unfortunately room was too hot and thermostat was very old and the cool setting did not work. Couldn’t open the window to cool the room off either."

"Great room! Refrigerator and sofa included! Big room!"

"Unfortunately there were dozens of cockroaches outside our door and all down the walkways. Unfortunately one was stepped on and came in the room with us. We were very grossed out. Never again."

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It's located just a couple blocks from the University's main campus and was ideally located for us during our recent visit. The room was clean, comfortable and stylishly appointed. We were surprised to see a genuine Nespresso coffee maker in the room. The only negative in our viewpoint was on inability to self-park our car at this location. We don't mind paying for parking, but we're not fans of valet service and were disappointed that we could only valet...
