Wir sind für Einfachheit aber SAUBERKEIT,leider war das mit der Sauberkeit nicht der Fall, z.B. waren im Kleiderschrank feuchte Handtücher und dreckige Bettwäsche. Im Trockner fand man noch feuchte Handtücher mit Biergeruch. Wir haben die Hausverwaltung damit kontaktiert und diese (großes Lob) haben sich sofort und problemlos darum gekümmert. Wir bekammen am nächsten Tag eine Ersatzwohung diese war um Welten besser und sauber.An dieser Stelle an die Hausverwaltung, danke für dem Problemlosen übergang in die Ersatzwohnung.

Leider mussten wir den Aufenthalt frühzeitig abbrechen. Die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft war mehr als fragwürdig. Bettbezug fleckig, die Matratze darunter mehr gelb als weiß. Staub wo man hin sah. Keine Rauchmelder vorhanden (wurden dann nachträglich noch angebracht) Trotz

FeWo gemietet, bezahlt und keiner ist da

Habe die FeWo Nr. 5576854 unter der Buchungsnr.HA-7KYNPD 02.05.-04.05.2025 am 10.03.2025 gebucht und 279,73 bezahlt. Am 29.04.25 habe Anfrage gestellt, ob Check-in früher als 16 Uhr möglich wäre. Keine Antwort. Als wir am 02.05.25 16:10 Uhr am FeWo-Objekt HH, Rosenrotweg 25 waren, glänzte der Vermieter durch Abwesenheit. Wir mussten uns dann eine andere Bleibe suchen. Doppelte Kosten für mich. Nach Aussagen der Nachbarn gehört das Haus Rosenrotweg einem älteren Ehepaar die garantiert keine Ferienwohnung haben.

Na ja

Es ist eine Unterkunft geeignet für 3 Personen. Wir hatten keine Handtücher, Bettwäsche für 2 Personen. Genau nur 4 Teller, Tassen und Gläser. Das Kingsize Sofa was auch ein Schlafsofa ist, war durch gesessen. Das Kingsize Bett ist ein größeres Metallgestell mit einer kleineren Matratze. Es war keine Spülmaschine in der Unterkunft. Vermieter ist nett.
