Even though this hotel is a bit outside of the downtown area it is fairly quiet from outside noise. It's about a 7-minute walk from an EDEKA and an ALDI and it's right off one of the subway stations (S4, I believe). The staff was also friendly and the rooms were clean. Since this place is a bit more isolated, no restaurants are nearby. Also, we were in Hamburg during the weekend, so it was a bit noisy in our room with people (and kids) stomping around on the floor above us. I think on any other weekday the hotel would've been quieter, but that would be the only thing I'd complain about. Still a solid choice for a hotel

Phone in room didn’t work so had to go to reception to order room service (room service menu was placed in my room). I was told at reception that room service wasn’t available and I’d have to go to the buffet area instead. No restaurants around the hotel so no choice but to use the buffet.

Die Zimmer waren nicht wie in den Bildern modern sondern eher alt. Im Badezimmer waren leider Silberfische.

Perfekte Unterkunft für uns, Anbindung an U Bahn direkt vor dem Hotel. Frühstück sehr lecker und ausreichend und gut bestückt. Auch das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet.

Zimmer wurde als wunderschön angepriesen, angekommen auf dem Zimmer mussten wir feststellen, dass es im Bad nicht mal eine Ablagefläche für seine Kulturtasche gibt, Zimmer war sehr staubig, die Bettwäsche hatte einen Riß. Sehr früh am Morgen wurden wir von einem kontinuierliche wiederkehrenden, lautem Piepston geweckt, bis wir feststellten, es kommt aus dem Bad. Beim Versuch die Rezeption anzurufen, haben wir festgestellt, dass das Telefon tot ist. Alles an der Rezeption gemeldet, da wurde man belächelt - eine Entschuldigung für die Unannehmlichkeit blieb aus. Der Service an der Bar war katastrophal. Es herrschte Selbstbedienung - 4 Sterne kenne ich anders. Die Lage und das Frühstück waren allerdings sehr gut.

Mit Kindern einfach super. In der Umgebung ist zwar nicht viel los aber man erreicht das Hotel und die Umgebung super per U-Bahn oder Bus. Für einen Städtetrip mit Kindern würde ich das Hotel jedem empfehlen. Einzig der Service im Barbereich könnte aufmerksamer sein. Man muss selbst immer Ausschau nach den Kellnern halten und sie häufig rufen.

Freundliches Hotel in guter Lage, um von dort zu Fuß oder mit der U-Bahn ( Haltestelle direkt vor der Haustür) die Stadt zu erkunden. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbufett. Zimmer zweckmäßig, moderne begehbare Dusche, alles sauber. Von Vorteil ist sicher ein Zimmer auf der Seite abseits der Bahngleise und Straße wegen nächtlichem Lärm. Mit Ohropax konnten wir aber auch dort bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Der Empfang des Personals war etwas kühl und leider war auch das Zimmer anfänglich dreckig, Kaffeflecken an der Tür und Wand. Allersibgs wurde dieses nach dem Hinweis auch beibdee Zimmerreinigung anstandslos entfernen. Die Lgae ist etwas außerhalb der Hafencity, dadurch aber etwas ruhige und trotzdem ist die Innenstadt noch zu Fuß zu erreichen
