Very good breakfast. Great staff. Hard to get to sleep as air conditioning never really cooled the room and we called the front desk and received confirmation we did everything we could to cool the room.

Amazing hotel, with plenty of space! Loved the room and the size of it! Lots of goodies in the room, gummies, peanuts and drinks- full free minibar! Waterbottles! Amazing service and free goodies for kids and adults to snack and drink. Our fav hotel stay while in Europe!

I have been to Hamburg a few times, and this hotel always catches my eye. The name is actually special to me. This trip, I decided to spend a few nights here. The stay was amazing. The check in was quick and the receptionist was super helpful with the layout of the hotel. I had help getting my bags to my room, which was more than helpful. I love the mini bar, well stocked. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. I loved to wake up and see the city, before heading out for my day. I felt safe the whole time too. It was walkable from the train station and to the city for shopping. Next time I am in Hamburg, I will be sure to book here again.

The exterior couldn't be helped because of location but the overall environment inside was great. There were spots of condensation and moisture in the shower ceiling. Otherwise the environs were perfect.

The hotel has some clear areas to improve; the pillows were way to soft, it was like there were no filling at all. Secondly; we tried to restaurant for dinner but the salmon (entre plate) had a chili taste so strong that I couldnt finish the plate. The staff apologized.

Schönes Hotel mit netten Menschen, gutes Frühstück und einer guten Lage. Verbesserungsvorschlag fürs Frühstückbuffet: Beschriftungen des Essens, denn bei diversen Aufstrichen und Co. konnte man nur raten oder das Personal fragen.

Nähe zum Bahnhof Tolle Zimmer, da modern und gross Ruhig Freundlicher service Lediglich das Frühstück ist mit 29 Euro so teuer, dass unsere ganze Gruppe außer Haus gefrühstückt hat. Sonst aber top! Würde immer wieder kommen
