"Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, nur wenige Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. In der Umgebung ist es sehr lebhaft, da viele Bars in der Nähe sind – perfekt, wenn man gerne etwas erleben möchte. Die Wohnung selbst war wunderschön, sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter über WhatsApp war schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert."

"Listing described a loft with 5 bedrooms with twin beds, which was perfect for the 5 couples going on this trip. It also listed a hot tub. What we got was 4 bedrooms with twin beds and a BROKEN pull out sofa in the living room. In one of the bedrooms there was a second BROKEN pull out bed we managed to make usable with some bricks to hold up the broken parts. We made do that way. There was no bath of any kind, only a shower with a hole beneath it. The listing described a loft with a 12 people...

"Our family enjoyed exploring Hamburg. Very close to public transportation and lots to see. We would stay here again!"

"Positiv: Zentrale Lage als Ausgangspunkt, um Hamburg zu entdecken. Gute Ausstattung. Bäder und Betten sauber. Negativ: Wohnung ist direkt an einer Hauptstraße im Schanzenviertel. Nachts ist es dadurch sehr laut (auch mit Fester zu, da diese nicht schallisoliert sind). Betten sind okay, aber das Sofa geht gar nicht (Feder drücken sich nach oben). Also nicht für mehr als 8 Personen empfehlenswert."

"As promised here are some remarks. - Left bed: One wooden bar of the bed rail was broken; Matras was therefore very weak - No bedlight for one of the beds (?...) - Several duvets in the wardrobe, so clothes cannot be stored (?...) - No dishcloths in the apartment - Too few towel /clothing hooks in the bathroom - No TV instructions/users manual - Tea strainer would have been useful."

"Als wir ankamen, fanden wir schmutzige Handtücher auf dem Badezimmerboden und schmutzige Bettwäsche auf dem Schlafsofa. Ob die Wohnung gereinigt und das Bett gemacht wurde, war unklar. Ich habe mehrmals versucht, die Agentur zu kontaktieren, jedoch ohne Erfolg. Ich habe keine Antwort erhalten. Als wir am nächsten Tag abends zurückkamen, stellten wir fest, dass die Tür offen stand (das Schloss war geschlossen, aber die Tür stand einen Spalt offen) und die schmutzige Wäsche war nicht mehr da.
