"Had a really greay stay. Really warm and friendly welcom by Téa on reception followed by a really friendly bar tender. Clean and spacious room. Great room service, very prompt and polite. Only slight negative was the sausages in the morning didn't taste of anything, obviously poor quality "

"The only down part of our stay was breakfast Hot food slow to be replenished so quite a wait with people standing around .. only some parts at a time was replenished and whilst waiting for the rest of the dishes original parts got cold … "

"It was a lovely hotel, quite close to the airport, thus why I chose it. The room was decent and quiet and alll the facilities that I needed for my stay worked well. The car park was cramped, not much room to park, I had to get out of the car on the passenger side. So that could do with a bit of improvement. Nonetheless, the price for parking was reasonable compared to other hotels nearby."

"Because of the age of the building there was no air conditioning. And only a tiny fan in the round. 10” I found it was just to unbearable to sleep. Warm day and room above the kitchen. One member of staff said to mention to reception. She said they have a lot of people say about it and they should be doing something about it. Was I was checking out and mentioned to the lady there. She brushed me off and I felt awkward and hurt. She did not care. "
