"We stayed here for one night since we planned to go to a Disney park. If you're staying shorter term, I think this was a great hotel. Rooms felt a bit dated but it had most everything we needed. Great view of the bay and pretty close to the parks. Breakfast and dinner was a weird experience -- although we were able to go, they apparently did ask for reservations. Although the meals were buffet, we felt it was expensive for what we got. Staff was very friendly and helpful and helped us ease into our first experience in Japan."

"Hotel is so convenient, across a park, near a train station, an outlet mall and just around the corner is a 7 Eleven store. I really enjoyed Tomson the adorable robot 🤖 that greets us in the lobby 😊 so cuuute . Love this hotel"

"Absolutely fantastic hotel, we can’t say enough good things about Grand Nikko. The hotel was in pristine condition 100% of the time we were there. The staff was amazing, so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend checking out the breakfast and dinner buffets it was incredible, we added our breakfast buffet on when we booked and so glad we did. The free resort shuttle was super handy. We would definitely come back for sure!!! Thank you for a fabulous stay!"

"This is a beautiful Hostel tucked away from Tokyo’s busy city. We loved the quiet relaxful stay at the hostel. Everyone is so kind and helpful. The convenient stores and restaurants were walking distance including Tokyo Metro. We will definitely be back. Thank you for your service!"
