"Very disappointing stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, immediately adjacent to Bayside station thus a quick train ride to the parks. Staff were available and willing to help with luggage. Check-in was slow, the staff member spent time looking for and informing me of available upgrades, he did not inform until several minutes later that these were an additional charge. While the room and hotel were very clean, it is very dated and poorly maintained. There are chips and cracks in the paint along mouldings and door frames throughout the room and common areas. The bed was the least comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. While firm beds are common in Japan, this was terrible. Not just firm, but I could feel the springs throughout the mattress. I could not sleep because of the level of discomfort. Adding to that, soundproofing was terrible. I could hear many guests conversing in the hall, walking in the room above me, and was even woken up during the night to room doors opening and closing. What sealed the deal for this being a terrible stay is the lack of availability of food in this hotel during off-peak hours. This is again, not uncommon in Japan, but information provided by the hotel stated breakfast was available at one restaurant until 10:30. When I arrived just after 10:00 I was advised everything was closed. I could not even get a cup of coffee, the small convenience store was the only option for food. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel."

"Market on site was very helpful for food and necessities. Breakfast buffet had a wide selection. Shuttle buses were convenient to get to the Disney parks, but very congested and busy. Rooms were clean and had plenty of space for our family of four."

"**Great location for Disney, but room storage is very tight** **Pros:** * Fantastic location for Disney lovers—just two train stops away on the Keio line, and the station is only steps from the hotel. It's also an easy 20-minute train ride into central Tokyo. * The daily buffet breakfast was a highlight—delicious, filling, and offered a great mix of Western and Japanese options. * Super convenient with a Lawson and another convenience store right outside. * The staff went above and beyond, especially when helping us book a taxi. > **Cons:** > * Storage space in the room is practically non-existent. There were no dresser drawers or closet space, and the bed frames don't allow you to slide luggage underneath, making the quarters feel very cramped. > * The onsen was closed for maintenance during our stay, and the guest laundry clothes dryers are not very powerful. > * There are very few sit-down dining options in the immediate neighborhood."
