"We chose this hotel for one reason, and that is that it said ‘self service laundry facilities’ in the Wotif description. We came off a two day bike trip and a 3 day national park hike, so we had plenty of dirty clothes! The room was definitely not clean, tissues under the bed, sand on the floor throughout the room and bathroom and the toilet had actual poo-stain in the bowl! When we went to talk to the front desk to ask about the laundry the lady said they only had laundry facilities where...

"I usually don’t do reviews but I have to give feedback for others if they plan to stay at Alezboo hotel. The customer service is ok but checking was not a good experience. I booked a room for family of 3 which is with an infant under 1 year old. I asked for a crib, they said they don’t have and it’s broken. But they gave us 2 twin beds when iBook a room for king bed. "The hotel is very old. The Food, many dishes such as banh uot, banh cuon, xoi, chao thit..., serves for breakfast are too cold while they should be served in warm or hot condition for tasty. Hot water should be available for use to dilute the very strong black coffee. The toaster was not working. "
