"Overall, our experience at the hotel was mixed. On the positive side, we managed to check in an hour early, the staff were polite and helpful, and we enjoyed the pool and beach. Breakfast was quite good as well. On the downside, we had an issue at the hotel’s restaurant called “Kitchen.” We ordered a salad that came with only three prawn crackers while there were two of us dining, so it wasn’t enough. When we asked for just a couple more crackers—something that costs basically nothing—they refused and said it wasn’t allowed unless we placed another order for a salad. As my partner’s job is a food and beverage manager we know the cost is negligible, and expected more flexibility, especially from a five-star hotel. Later, they even offered to send the crackers up to our room, which didn’t make sense because we needed them with our meal at the time, not later.In summary, the hotel is nice and the staff are respectful. At breakfast the manager did apologize for the break down with communication."

"In my view this is the best resort option on Phu Quoc for all those who prefer real nature. Enjoy falling asleep and waking up to the sound of waves and love a resort nestled into the natural surroundings. The great breakfast buffet , lovely pool and super competent and friendly staff added to our overall great experience. Highly recommend this resort"

Wyndham Grand Phu Quoc

"We had a wonderful time at Wyndham Grand. The hotel is Grand in a true sense. Casino is in the hotel, it is right on the beach with a beautiful swimming pool. Good option for vegetarian during morning breakfast. Close to Vinwonders Safari Grand world. A bit for from the airport but hotel provides free shuttle which we didnt know. But we were provided free shuttle for the drop off. Very Friendly staff. A perfect family holiday hotel!!"

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The pool was also lovely and a great place to relax. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and we really enjoyed our meals. Thank you to the team for making our stay so enjoyable."
