"Amazing hotel due to its location, price, and most importantly, their staff. Everyone there was kind and welcoming to us, explained and answered all questions. Location is 100/10…you’re right down the street from the beach and from all the bars/restaurants. Walkable distance from practically everything (15 mins ) Good WiFi service and AC The hotel is literally next to a small convenient store and cafe so once you leave can pick up some drinks, sodas/pop, or coffee and be on with your day. Would recommend and come back "

"This is a great hotel for the following reasons:- A) An easy walk to the beach and promenade. B) An easy walk to the train station if you wish to visit Monaco for the day C) not too far from the airport, around €25: 30 fares if by Uber. It may cost more by taxis D) An easy walk to the main shopping district E) the surrounded areas has many bars, cafes and restaurants D) it is a short walk to 2 museums. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Incidentally, this is our second stay in Nice and the hotel. L& M"
