"We spent 12 nights here and look forward to coming back in the future. Anna has supplied so many extras from condiments to cooking utensils, to dishes, to linens and more. The location was excellent for biking and swimming at the River Road pool and attending Oregon Festival of American Music at The Shedd, downtown. Our thanks to Anna for making the comfortable, relaxing home available."

"Stayed for almost a week and had no issues. Well we had a small issue with WIFI but was cleared up almost immediately. Owner was very responsive. Everyone said the beds were comfortable and the kitchen is nice sized to cook a reasonably large meal. Overall I’m satisfied."

"We were staying in Philomath for a family reunion and we found this property perfect for that. It was amazing to have something to come home to where our kids could rest, but also easily accessible to swing by and grab things throughout the day The host was very easy to communicate with and responded in a timely fashion with an issue we had. Property was very quiet. Really loved the walkability to things in town (pizza, breakfast, coffee). We would recommend this as a place to stay for families...

"This place was C L E A N ! The home was exactly as listing suggested. We had a great stay while we were here for a family wedding. I used the kitchen to make the wedding cake and 152 cupcakes and it was perfect for what I needed to accomplish this task. The only luxury I missed was a TV in bedroom as I’m used to falling asleep to the TV and maybe an overhead fan in bedrooms since we are from FL we are used to sleeping with fans lol. "Just spent one night. Clean and quiet. Close to restaurants. We did not use kitchen so can't remark on that. Portable fans each room to help keep cool. Older home but clean home."
