"We've enjoyed the hospitality and kindness of the owners very much. The house is small but very cosy and they've thought of just about everything! The view from the bedroom window is breathtaking. We will most certain come back for a longer stay!"

"The holiday home is very nice, it's got everything you'll need and it's also clean and modern. Kitchen has refridgerator and oven. Living has nice couch, tv with dvd. Bedrooms have cupboards and nice beds. With 1.85m I could still fit in the shower. But what's best with this holiday home is the garden with the pool AND the lovely owners who always help you and with who you can have nice conversations with! I would recommend this stay!"

"Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Häuschen ist sehr gemütlich und so angenehm gelegen, dass jeder Punkt in Cochum auch fußläufig zu erreichen ist."

"Als Familie waren wir begeistert von dieser wunderschönen Villa, fast direkt an der Lahn. Die Zimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet; es gibt mehrere Wohnungen, je nach Größe der Gruppe, und eine große Wohnküche, in der man auch mit 10 Leuten bequem sitzen kann. Alles großzügig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Zu Fuß ist man in 10-15 min im Zentrum von Bad Ems. Parken konnten wir auch mit 4 Pkw (meistens) direkt vorm Haus. Es gibt einen Billardtisch u.a. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!"

"Bereits kurz nach der Buchung haben wir von den netten Besitzern zahlreiche hilfreiche Informationen zu unserem Urlaub erhalten. Auch während unseres Aufenthaltes waren sie stets ansprechbar, falls es noch Fragen gab. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, außerdem gibt es noch eine auf Alexa basierende Heimautomatisierung und Sonos-Boxen auf jeder Etage, Spielkonsole, etc. Wir waren mit unserer kleinen Tochter in einem Kurzurlaub, und es gab mit Hochstuhl, Babybett und...

After a tour of the spacious house, Claudia shared information about what to do in the area. The location of the house is wonderful. It is located in a small village that is very quiet. Perfect place to stay!

"Nice hotel and beautiful location. We stayed in the separate building which seemed brand new and was great for our family. The only bummer was we had no WiFi so we had to go to the main hotel and sit in the lobby. They said they were trying to get it fixed but we stayed two nights and never had WiFi. Other than that, we had delicious dinners both nights at their restaurant and loved the location to get on the river boat . We’d definitely stay again. "
