"We booked for a hen party to explore Liverpool and the house was lovely. A great location and a lovely stay. The house was well equipped for 12 people a little worn and could do with little updates but overall a brill place to stay. Allowed an early check in to set up and this was no issue at all. No faults and well recommend."

"Excellent location for accessing the Seafront, parks and town centre. Parking is tight for 3 cars so be careful. Few minor niggles that if fixed would make the stay perfect. The showers are very hot or very cold, small leak from one shower so that was unusable, and a constant dripping tap in the kitchen. We made good use of the dishwasher and washing machine which was very nice. There was also plenty of space for the eleven of us in the lounge which was lovely. Overall we had a lovely week in...

"From check in to check out the staff was extremely kind and approachable, lovely hotel, great location, easy parking, room facilities are fantastic and very clean. Even got a free drink to celebrate my birthday! First time staying here and will definitely be returning! :-)"

"Little awkward to find on foot from Lime Street. Upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment. Clean and spacious. Big gripe: hot water cut off and only way to get it back was to use boost button but this took 45 mins and we missed a timed event because we were late arriving. Small gripe: 1 saucepan to cook in. Needs more. The main toilet flush was weak. Would return, but will remember to boost water heater after going out or during down time! "
