We recently stayed at Hotel Scandic in Halmstad, and overall, we had a pleasant experience. The staff were exceptionally professional and friendly, especially the lady who checked us in — she was super welcoming and made us feel right at home. The service was great, but the room we stayed in could use a little renovation and updated furniture. On a positive note, the sauna and jacuzzi, which were already included in our stay, were very relaxing. We really enjoyed using them and highly recommend it to others looking for some relaxation. Despite the room needing some upgrades, we would still recommend this hotel!

A hotel staff opened my room door 1 second later than he knocked it. It was at 9:30 in the morning, and he just said he needed to check ventilation....do the job after customer check out! ANd it is IMPOSSIBLE to respond 1 SECOND after someone knock the door!!!

Riktigt fint rum, men tvÄ stora minus. 1. Vi anlÀnder för tidigt och frÄgar om rummet Àr klart. FÄr svaret att det kostar 200:- att checka in tidigare. Pinsamt! 2. Man ska sÀga till om man vill ha stÀdat och det sa vi till att vi ville. Handukarna byttes, men badrummet stÀdades inte i övrigt. FullstÀndigt undermÄligt!

Incheckning frÄn 16. Tidigare incheckning kostade 200:- extra, trots att rummet var klart. Barnhörna avstÀngd trots sportlov. Gratis drinkar till barnen tog 30 min att fÄ, bartendern beklagades sig hur mkt hon hade att göra. Omodernt och gammal inredning pÄ rummet. Ena stunden jÀttekallt, nÀsta jÀttevarmt. Blir inte Scandic i Halmstad fler gÄnger.

Besvikelse pÄ slitet hotell med förÄldrade rum

TyvÀrr var min vistelse pÄ detta hotell inte sÄ positiv som jag hade hoppats. Hotellet kÀnns slitet och behöver verkligen en renovering. Rummen var inte sÀrskilt moderna, och möblerna var gamla och slitna. Dusch och toalett var ocksÄ i behov av uppdatering och renovering för att ge en mer komfortabel och frÀsch upplevelse. Dessutom var det ganska lyhört, vilket gjorde det svÄrt att fÄ en god natts sömn. För priset jag betalade, förvÀntade jag mig mer komfort och ett bÀttre underhÄll av bÄde rummen och faciliteterna. Jag hoppas att hotellet kommer att uppgradera sina rum för att möta dagens standarder.
