"The house and surrounding were very nice. Exactly as described and had some nice touches left by the management company- extra soap, laundry pods, doggie poop bags. The only concerns were that the keypad on the door was temperamental and didn’t work our entire visit (thankfully there was a key in a lockbox so we could get inside when it was cold and raining) and there were several dishes put away dirty. "Nice apartment with lovely views of Three Mile Pond. Lake access was decent though the paths down are steep. Convenient to shopping in South China and Augusta. The interior was clean and modern. My only complaint was the outdoor floodlight, which could not be switched off by any means we were able to learn about during our stay. When I drive this far from the major cities, I like to enjoy the darkness as much as the quiet. So if you want to see the Milky Way, choose some other Maine vacation...

"Myself and 4 friends booked this home on the water for an annual super bowl ice fishing trip. The house was just as described, spacious and comfortable. The pond is beautiful and the fishing was outstanding, we caught fish all day long. Location is good as well, with plenty of restaurants and downtown Augusta within 10 to 15 minutes. Great home for the price."

"We came here with a large contingent, and even though the house has only two bedrooms, don't let that fool you. It is quite roomy, and we easily slept seven people in the house. The views from the upstairs bedroom windows and balcony are wonderful. The owners are in their own house on site, are there when you need them, but give you your privacy as well. Lovely place to stay. I would recommend it to others enthusiastically."

"This house was the perfect location to stay for Bates College graduation weekend. The location is close to everything; the setting is perfect; the amenities listed were all at the house. Check-in and Check-out were simple. The request to consolidate garbage in big bags was easy, as there were plenty of the larger size and we were able to put all our garbage in 2 bags. Plenty of parking (we were a family of 8 traveling from different states and easily fit 4 vehicles in the allotted space. I would...

Access to the 2 kayaks and x-large canoe was huge benefit and that you can access another nearby lake/Dexter Pond that has awesome beauty was special.
