"We had a lovely 4 nights, great beach access, lots of walking with our dog, although lots of rabbits on the complex, need to keep dogs on leads, property was pristine and had everything we needed. "

"beautiful quiet site, very peaceful no clubhouse ect but does have onsite bar and restaurant with lovely food, 2 fishing lakes onsite (fishing licence required) 20mins drive from seafront, 5 mins from skegness raceway and 10/12 mins from fantasy island very accessible to everything around cant complain about this caravan was beautiful, clean and a pleasure to stay in "

"When i booked the property i was under the impression that the price on hotels.com was the price. We then had to pay extra for the dogs, extra for bedding and extra for electricity used. It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them. "The caravan its self was ok. a little dated and obviously had dogs in there before we were there. However the communication with Linden Lodgings who look after the booking is shocking. I have been trying to get the damage deposit back from them for 11 days now with no communication back at all. The communication with Hazel has been awful from the point of booking. Not picking up the phone nor responding to emails"

Loved it

"Stayed for a couple of nights. Room was a good size, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and a good size too. Hotel is only a few steps away from the sea front and is well kept. Manager of the hotel is a hard working lady, who does her very best to enaure all guests are looked after. Room and hotel is self check in and plenty of parking either infront of the hotel, in the carpark a few steps away or there are 5 at the back of the property. The rooms have a mini fridge, which was a nice touch, as well as a television and tea/coffee making facilities. You can request decaffinated tea should you need it. The balcony is a nice place to sit in good weather. There is a good variety of choices for breakfast, such as toast, fruit, cereals and hot food. Would definitely return "
