"This house is great for groups or older children. The pool was our favorite part and the outdoor bathroom was a plus. The house was conveniently located. The grill and outdoor seating area was very nice. We did end up getting a rental car which I would suggest if staying here. It would have been a lot to Uber everywhere for our group of 5.Overall the house was clean and as pictured except for these few hiccups;1. Not good communication. I got no responses to any of my questions.2. We needed to cook and the kitchen is short of needed items. The pans were disgustingly dirty. I sent a message and I got no response but new pans showed up the next day. It was too late for us though.3. There were no items for use at the beach. We did leave 4 chairs there for future guests because we had to buy all those items.4. Small things would make this place top notch. Rugs by the front and back door to help with tracking dirt and water. More blankets! We did not have the bedding we needed and it made a rough trip.5. Bad water pressure.Overall not terrible, but communication would have been helpful."
