"This cabin is perfect for a small family with a car. It’s in the middle of everything. It’s a basic house but has everything you need- nice hot shower, cooking utensils, camp fire, etc. I still dream of the naps we had on the sofa. The surroundings are peaceful with lots of deer strolling by. "

"Amazing waterfront stay! Cool history there and a lovely dock to access the lake."

"The house was wonderful. Very a huge living room with soaring ceilings and a great view of the ocean. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and baking with spices and plenty of mixing bowls, lobster pot, cookie sheets. Beds and couches were very comfortable and seem relatively new. "

"We absolutely loved how close the cabin was to the water! We also loved having the fire area and how we had our own space! Gorgeous area! Quiet cabin in the woods! The host was wonderful! She answered our questions promptly! "

"The cottage is very well designed and comfortable. The location is not as desirable as it is situated near the road and pigs which makes sitting outside less appealing: there is a sour smell coming from the vegetable matter in the pig’s pen. That said once inside the cabin it is very charming. Even on very hot days the cabin cooled down at night. (No overhead fan in loft but small battery operated fans can be used). The kitchen area could be cleaner and the water from the hose had bits of...

Barring a few check-in inconveniences, it was comfortable and we especially enjoyed the firepit that we spent time at after a long Acadia Park hiking adventure."
