"Needed somewhere to get a nights rest after driving all day. Like my accommodation from the previous day. I had messed up the dates. Fortunately I was able to get it sorted and fixed my booking. After I checked in, I had realised looking at the Atrium and bar, that I had stayed there before for work. Room was clean and I had no issues with outside noise as others have mentioned. I liked the fact that car parking was secure behind a locked gate. Only thing I am not as happy about, is the refund of the room deposit. It's been a week and it still has not been credited back to my card. I contacted the hotel and awaiting a response. I will edit my review when I hear back."

"we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and I'd rate the cleanliness 4/5. The location was convenient within walking distance of plenty of shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast buffet was a little disappointing. there weren't many options available, so there's definitely room for improvement. The restaurant, however, was excellent. The menu offered a great selection of dishes, and the desserts and cocktails were great!"

"The Avenue is situated in a very central location to the centre of town and within 10 kms to the major attractions. The hotel staff are very helpful and the cleanliness is of a very high standard. Breakfast is five star and the gym is we well equipped. Beds are comfortable and the rooms quiet and private."
