"The breakfast is plentiful and hot foods HOT. The front desk team provides great service. Rooms on the 4th floor were visually pleasing. Air conditioner functioned extremely well. Highlight for me was the HOUSEKEEPING TEAM. Our interactions with housekeeping team made this hotel stay memorable. You are greeted in the hallways with kindness and generosity. The rooms were immaculate and well stocked. Parking was never an issue at the Beaufort location. It is 15 minutes away from anything you may need: beach, historic sites, restaurants in a variety of price points. WELL DONE!"

"Great place for a small family looking to explore the low country. 20 min into town for groceries, 1 hour to Savannah and 1 hour to Charleston. Great views of the river with dolphins and pretty sunrises and sunsets. Plenty of song birds around the property as well.The king bed was comfortable and no complaints from the kids about the bunk beds. The house was clean and the property is well kept. Cons- no dining table, WiFi password was not given, dock is not in the best shape! Loose boards and missing hand rails are cause for concern with smaller kids. No propane grill, charcoal only."

"The property was very nice. It was super easy to talk with the host. They let us check in early which was nice because we had family coming from Arkansas. The only thing we didn’t like was the yard wasn’t fenced in for the dogs so we had to stay outside with them the whole time. Other than that it was a good stay."

"Absolutely wonderful stay! Very peaceful and relaxing and a nature lovers paradise - we saw a blue eyed baby deer among a variety of other things ranging from crabs to dolphins. Boat ramp is close by and was quiet the whole time we were there. The hosts are so thoughtful with every little detail and quick responsiveness (should you need them). We will definitely be back and I’ve already recommended several others. There are absolutely no negatives about this place and I’m so grateful for the hosts for allowing others to stay here and making everything so perfect!"

"Overall condition of the property was ok. The outside needs attention, as there was a wrecked car in the front, and the back and side yard needs cleaned up. Outside entrance could use more lighting, as well. Inside was very nice and clean, with ample amounts of towels and amenities. However, I would suggest a bigger refrigerator, and more kitchen necessities such as plates, bowls, drink ware, and silverware. However, I would stay there, again. "
