The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the rooftop terrace with the Jacuzzi was a highlight, offering a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring Chania. The location is ideal: the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood but still close to the Old Town and the main attractions. Having secure parking was a big plus, especially since I rented a car directly through the hotel. The car rental service was excellent—fast, easy, and stress-free. The vehicle was in perfect condition, fully insured, and came with unlimited mileage and 24-hour roadside assistance. Everything was clearly explained, with no hidden costs, which gave me real peace of mind. Having the car allowed me to explore the stunning beaches and villages of Crete at my own pace. Overall, Halepa Hotel exceeded my expectations. The combination of a charming hotel, outstanding staff, and hassle-free car rental makes it the perfect choice for anyone visiting Chania.
